Battery Voltage
[V7] - Voltage volts per cell = [V7] * 5.0/1024 * 4.3/6
= V7 * 0.0035

DILswitch settings
- Switches are found on pcb to left of main power switch
- Only take effect on reboot (power-on or [`] command)
- The setting also reports in the [t] command response
- defined values are as follows -
15 ( on, on, on, on) : run test sequence on boot (like [~] command) 14 ( on, on, on, off) : suppress auto-connect operation (like temporary [.aEN=0]) 13 ( on, on,off, on) : reset radio settings (like [&1234], [*merlin]) other = 'normal' operation
