Guarantee applies to first time purchasers within the UK only.

14 Day period begins upon receipt of order.

Amount refunded will be the purchase cost excluding delivery costs providing the Merlin Proximity product is returned in its original packaging in a resaleable condition.

Should a Merlin Proximity product be returned in an unfit / condition a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase cost shall apply.

Product returns must follow Merlin Systems Corp's RMA procedure.
