Whilst browsing and ordering products we collect data about you to help offer the most suitable products and to efficiently process web orders. We do not under any circumstances pass this or any personal data onto any other company (Protx is used during the checkout process - see below). We may from time to time use this information to communicate with you, although this is optional and can be turned off in your account settings. We do not store any credit card information at Merlin Systems Corp. Ltd or on our servers, we instead use a secure payment gateway from Protx (www.protx.co.uk) to process card payments.

Delivering your order

We ship all UK orders via either FedEX or Royal Mail, depending on the service you chose, to ensure your goods arrive in a fast and timely manner. International orders are shipped using FedEX. Tracking details can be provided upon request. 

Viewing your order

You can view any orders you have made by logging into your account. Please use the login option on the top-right of the menu bar. Details relating to you account can be modified after logging in, but please contact sales@merlinsystemscorp.co.uk if you have any additional requirements.

Payment, pricing and promotions

Prices are shown on the website without VAT or shipping until you begin the checkout process, where VAT is added at the current rate. Products are offered for sale on the website at the prices offered, but we reserve the right to not fulfill the order if a mistake has been made in listing the item(s).Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of every product, occasionally errors creep in.
